Shipping methods

The delivery of the products is done only with Geniki Taxydromiki. The orders are sent by us within 3 working days (MONDAY - FRIDAY 10:00 - 17:00) except for periods of heavy workload where orders are executed in order of priority. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed from (next) Monday if it is a working day.

Please note that when you place an ORDER COD, in order for your order to be executed, we will be preceded by a phone call to the phone number you gave us, in order to confirm the order and that your details are real.

Parcel loss

Www.parma.gr is not considered responsible in case of delay in delivery or in case of loss of your parcel due to transport / courier. In case you do not receive within a reasonable time (up to 7 days from the delivery by us to the Courier company), parma.gr performs a check to the courier, which can take a maximum of 15 days. During this period, no refunds or shipments will be made. If there is no update within 15 days, the order is canceled, so in case you have paid by credit / debit card, direct account debit or paypal, the amount will be refunded.
