Product returns

You can change all or part of the order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the courier company. If the reason for the return concerns a mistake of parma.gr, we undertake to bear the cost of the return, otherwise the shipping costs of the change are borne by the customer.

For any change or return, you must first contact us, at the email: [email protected] of the company or by phone at + 302327023123 / +306937100891 and inform about your wish. The details that must be mentioned in addition to the name, are the order number, and the product code that you want to change.

You can make changes only with the document issued for your order.

The products to be changed must be in excellent condition, with the special markings (cards) and their original packaging. The box is not the shipping package of the products, therefore labels or packaging tapes should not be stuck on it.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In case the customer receives a defective product then it must be replaced. A product that has a proven and obvious manufacturing error is considered defective.

The defective product is returned to our company and is replaced (if available) at company expense. In order for a product to be accepted as defective, the wear must not be due to misuse of the product and within 14 days of receipt. In case it is found that the damage is due to misuse of the customer, it is found that his packaging has been used or damaged, then the same product is returned to the customer with shipping costs borne by him.

In case of withdrawal - cancellation of an order, which is made within 7 days from the date of the order, the cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

Refunds are made for orders over 120 euros and the time limit for its completion is 15 days. For orders under 120 euros, it is possible to reserve the amount for redemption up to 9 months after the return of the order. In case of refund, the RETURN COSTS OF THE PRODUCTS ARE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER.
